Early this summer we noticed a yellow rancher for sale in the Real Estate paper that usually comes once a week in the newspaper. Angela Glazema was the agent handling the sale. We met her at the house one night after work and she gave us a thorough tour through every nook and cranny of the house including pointing out any flaws or repairs that had been undertaken. She then followed up by evaluating our home and giving us a comparative market analysis which showed us in a nutshell that the house we were interested in was a good buy. We do not move much so house buying and selling is somewhat stressful for us. Angela sold our old house in 20 days and helped us to accept a realistic offer considering its age and condition.

We really appreciate all the help given to us by Angela and her staff at Landmark. We phoned many, many times and probably drove her crazy with the questions but as we said we appreciate the quick response to our concerns and all the help we received in moving to our new home.
